Well Team Biddeford is keeping super busy with the Maine Community Heritage Project! We have been meeting regularly and the Project ASPIRE students made their first trip over to the library last Wednesday. The team has been gathering together lists of the historical treasures which we’d like to put up on the website. The whole process is great because it FORCES me to spend time doing the fun part of my kind of work: looking at and making accessible to the public items of significant historical interest. Sometimes I get so bogged down in the administrivia that I forget what cool cool cool collections we have here at the McA.
